20th Annual Hot Air Balloon Rally

We weren’t going to let a pandemic stop us from celebrating Burger Fest’s Hot Air Balloon Glow 20th anniversary! Join us to officially celebrate the annual hot air balloon rally. Festivities take place on Friday and Saturday night at dusk (approximately 6 p.m.) to watch the hot air balloons glow. And don’t miss Saturday morning, at approximately 6 a.m., for the stunning sight of hot air balloons ascending into the sky. The kids can burn off some energy in the inflatable bounce house while you take in the beautiful sites of the balloons. Burgers, snacks and beverages will be available to purchase. Don’t go too far, as Burger Fest is happening the same weekend as the Hot Air Balloon Rally! More information about both of these events can be found at www.homeofthehamburger.org. The Hot Air Balloon Rally schedule includes: Friday, August 13 • 4 - 7 p.m.: 50/50 Raffle (Drawing at approx. 7:30 p.m.) • 4 - 8 p.m.: Hot Air Balloon Ride Raffle (Drawing at approx. 8:15 p.m.) • 4 - 9 p.m.: Kid’s events, including face painting • 4 - 9 p.m.: Burgers, French fries, hot dogs, cheese curds, soda and water available for purchase • 6 p.m.: Hot air balloons take flight (weather permitting) * • 8 p.m.: Take in the sights of the beautiful hot air balloon glow at dusk * Saturday, August 14 • 6 a.m.: Hot air balloon ascension * • 4 - 7 p.m.: 50/50 Raffle (Drawing at approx. 7:30 p.m.) • 4:30 - 8 p.m.: Kid’s events, including inflatable bouncy house • 5 - 9 p.m.: Burgers, French fries, hot dogs, cheese curds, soda and water available for purchase • 6 p.m.: Hot air balloon ascension * • 8 p.m.: Hot air balloon glow at dusk * *All hot air balloon event times are approximate and weather permitting. Admission and parking for the Balloon events are free. There is a charge to attend Burger Fest.
